Event venue brokerage platform Shareit launched an artificial intelligence consultation service on the 22nd, featuring automated venue matching, multi-candidate comparisons, and historical event staging data. Led by CEO Park Sang-jun, the company introduced the tool following an 8 billion won investment secured last year.
Automated Recommendations and Multi-Candidate Comparisons
The new service prompts users to input specific criteria, including the desired location, number of attendees, budget, and purpose of the event. Based on these parameters, the algorithm recommends matching venues and generates a single screen allowing planners to compare prices, capacities, areas, amenities, and operational cautions for up to four candidates simultaneously.
To help planners assess whether a space fits their needs, the platform integrates data from its own content platform, Space Log.
This database compiles information from pop-up stores, exhibitions, and performances held at various venues. Users can review past event staging examples alongside standard venue photos and dimensions.
Verified Venue Data and AI Fact Check Badges
Shareit utilizes a directly collected and verified database built from university locations, large event facilities, and properties managed directly by the platform. This data covers rental terms, venue restrictions, on-site traffic flows, parking arrangements, equipment, staffing details, consultation FAQs, and event histories.
Venues featuring verified and detailed records display an AI Fact Check
badge on the platform. The company plans to continuously refine recommendation criteria, search tags, synonyms, and its operations wiki by evaluating consultation logs, user satisfaction metrics, response errors, and missing information as its user base expands.
Platform Efficiency and Operational Expansion
The launch is the first result of connecting data the company had accumulated on packaging venues as products and operating them with customers’ actual venue-selection process. Company representatives noted that the system aims to reduce repetitive venue inquiries and requirement checks to boost internal operational efficiency.
With recommendations, comparisons and case reviews available 24 hours a day, we can focus on complex event consultations rather than handling repetitive inquiries. By combining our expertise in packaging venues as products, customer service and on-site management, we will accelerate the digital transformation of the event brokerage market.
