A Singaporean woman was accosted by police while conducting an outdoor live broadcast on the Internet in Korea wearing a nudity outfit.

According to foreign reports such as Asia One and Game Rent on the 12th, the controversial woman is a Twitch streamer from Singapore with the name ‘Kiarakiti’. On the 9th, the woman, wearing a rabbit headband and a thick fur coat over a bra that revealed her cleavage, was hosting an outdoor live broadcast on the internet in Seoul, and came face to face with two police officers, a man and a woman.

The police officer said, “Someone tipped you off. Don’t you know how to speak Korean at all?” In response, Chiara Kitty replied, “I’ve never been to Korea, so I don’t know Korean laws.”

The police explained through a translator, “You cannot wear underwear in public places,” but Chiara Kitty replied, “No. What I wear now is cosplay clothes, never underwear.”

After hearing Chiarakitty’s explanation, the police checked her ID and said, “Close the zipper,” and then to the left.

When a confrontation with the police occurred, Chiara Kitty hurriedly turned off the broadcast and turned it back on after a while, saying, “The jealousy in my heart must have been reported. Shut up and help me make money.”

The video quickly spread around Singapore’s social media. Local netizens who saw the video showed critical reactions such as “They disgrace the country” and “If you go to Korea, follow the laws of Korea”.

According to the Penalty of Misconduct Act, overexposure is applied if you openly expose major parts of the body, such as the genitals and buttocks, in a public place to cause embarrassment or discomfort to others. A fine of up to 100,000 won, detention, or a fine may be imposed, and those who allow or help overexposure may be punished in accordance with the guilty person.
