Four siblings who were part of Michael Jackson’s inner circle, known as his “second family,” have filed a federal lawsuit alleging sexual abuse by the late pop star, according to court documents filed in February 2026.
The plaintiffs, identified as Edward, Dominic Jr., Marie-Nicole, and Aldo Cascio, state in their filing that they were groomed by Jackson over a period of more than twenty years, beginning when they were children. The lawsuit claims Jackson used manipulation and a close familial relationship to exploit them sexually.
Aldo Cascio, now 35, provided specific details in interviews with news outlets, stating that the abuse began when he was seven years old and included acts of oral sex. He said Jackson used the code word “Disneyland” to refer to sexual activity and that the alleged abuse occurred repeatedly, including in the days just before Jackson’s death in 2009.
The plaintiffs previously denied any inappropriate relationship with Jackson during a 2010 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show but now say they were pressured to defend him for years. A fifth sibling, Frank Cascio, has stated he was also abused but was unable to join the lawsuit due to legal restrictions.
The lawsuit was filed against Michael Jackson’s estate and comes amid renewed public attention on the singer following the theatrical release of a biopic about his life. The estate has not publicly responded to the allegations in the filing.
