Siniakova: Thank you! It was exactly what I needed after such a long and demanding season. Dubai is beautiful, and the sunshine was just perfect for recharging.
ND3: Your 2024 season was truly remarkable. you achieved career-best results at both the Olympics and Grand Slams. How do you reflect on your performance this year?
Siniakova: I’m incredibly proud of everything I accomplished this year. It was a lot of hard work, and to see it pay off on such a big stage was truly special.
ND3: Did you get a chance to fully unwind in Dubai, or was the competitive drive still there?
Siniakova: (laughs) I definitely enjoyed some downtime! The water was amazing, and I spent a lot of time just soaking up the sun. But even when I’m relaxing, I can’t completely switch off my tennis brain. I’m already thinking about next season and what I need to do to be even better.
ND3: Speaking of next season, what are your goals for 2025?
Siniakova: My focus is on continuing to improve and push myself. I’ll be starting the year in Australia, and I’m determined to build on the momentum from 2024.
