President Abdel Fattah⁣ el-Sisi and Turkish Counterpart Recep ⁤Tayyip Erdogan Witness Signing of Cooperation Agreements

Today, President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and⁤ Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan witnessed the signing of several ‍cooperation agreements and joint memorandums of understanding during President Sisi’s first official ⁤visit to Turkey.

President Sisi arrived in Ankara this afternoon, where‌ he was greeted by President Erdogan at the airport. The two⁢ leaders held a bilateral discussion session, ‍followed by an extended session between ⁤representatives of the two countries.

Industrial Zone in the New Administrative Capital

A ​memorandum of understanding was signed with the Turkish company Polaris to develop an industrial zone in the new administrative ‍capital. The memorandum was signed by Polaris General Manager Othman Ifran on behalf‌ of Turkey, and Lt. Gen. Kamel ⁣Al-Wazir,‌ Deputy Prime ⁢Minister⁤ of Industrial Development and Minister of ‌Industry and Transport,⁣ on behalf​ of Egypt.

Enhancing Cooperation in Railway Sector

A ⁤memorandum of understanding was signed between the Egyptian National Railway Authority and Turkish Railways to improve⁣ cooperation ⁤in the railway sector. The memorandum was signed by Abdelkader Oraloglu on behalf of Turkey and Lt. Gen. Kamel Al-Wazir on behalf of Egypt.

Joint Cooperation in Information‌ and Communication Technology

A ⁢memorandum of understanding was signed between the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure for cooperation in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The memorandum was signed by Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdel-Ati on behalf of Egypt and Minister ⁤of⁣ Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Oraloglu on behalf of Turkey.

Cooperation in⁣ Agriculture, ⁣Health,⁣ and Medical​ Sciences

A memorandum of understanding was signed between⁢ the Egyptian‍ and Turkish ‌governments for economic, scientific, ‌and technical cooperation in the field of agriculture. The memorandum was signed by ‌Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Ati on⁣ behalf ⁤of Egypt and ⁤Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Yuma Kali on behalf of Turkey.

A memorandum of understanding for cooperation in health and medical sciences was⁤ signed between the Egyptian Ministry of⁣ Health and ‍Population and the Turkish Ministry of Health. The memorandum was signed by Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Ati on⁢ behalf⁣ of Egypt and Minister of ​Health Memisoglu on behalf of Turkey.

Cooperation in Small and Medium Enterprises Development

A memorandum of‌ understanding was signed between the Small, Medium and Medium Enterprises Development ​Agency of ⁢Egypt and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Turkey. The memorandum was signed by Minister⁢ of Industry and Technology Fatih Kare on behalf of Turkey and Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdel-Ati on behalf of Egypt.

Cooperation in Capacity Building

A memorandum of understanding for cooperation and capacity building was signed between the⁤ Egyptian Ministry‌ of Planning, ‍Economic Development and International‍ Cooperation and ​the Turkish Ministry of Culture​ and Tourism.‍ The memorandum was ⁣signed by Minister of ⁣Culture and Tourism Muhammad Nouri Arsoy on behalf of Turkey and Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International‌ Cooperation Rania Al-Mashat ‍on behalf of Egypt.
