SJ Kyuhyun comes to Taiwan to sing “Want to See You” by 2-day combination Ba Sanyao and Apubia | Entertainment | Central News Agency CNA

(Central News Agency reporter Ye Guanyin, Taipei, 5th) Kyuhyun, a member of the Korean group Super Junior, held a solo concert Restart at the New Taipei Industrial and Commercial Exhibition Center on the 4th and 5th. Pu, the lead singer of the band Ba Sanyao, was a guest today to sing the theme song of the Taiwanese drama “Want to See You”, and also gave extra “headbands” to entertain the audience.

After the opening songs Restart and Dreaming ended, Kyuhyun used his signature greeting: “What are you watching now?” Taiwanese fans sweetly confessed: “Kyuhyun, eh, we really like you.” He happily invited him to the stage. The next fan said it a second time and responded in Chinese: “I really like you too, thank you all.” Kyuhyun’s parents were also present to support him.

Today, Kyuhyun performed a number of popular ballad singles At Gwanghwamun and A Million Pieces, leaving the audience mesmerized.

Kyuhyun, who speaks Chinese very well, can chat directly with fans almost every time during the show. He also laughs at himself: “Is there anyone who comes to my concert for the first time? You should be scared, because it is always a ballad song, no Sorry.” After singing, he didn’t forget to ask everyone if they were asleep, and asked everyone to wake up, emphasizing that he is not a boring person: “I am Super Junior, so I am very funny.”

In addition to ballads, Kyuhyun also carefully prepared musicals, a group Super Junior medley, and even performed the theme song Idol for the anime “The Child I Push”, and sang two Chinese songs, including Zhou Xingzhe’s “How are you?” Okay?” and the theme song of the popular Korean drama “Want to See You”, “Want to See You Want to See You Want to See You”, the second song even deliberately stopped mid-singing and invited the original singer A Pu to sing on stage.

Pu said that after hearing Kyuhyun mention that he liked Ba Sanyao very much, he agreed to be a guest at his concert. He even took a flight back to Taiwan this morning and looked forward to more opportunities for the two to collaborate in music in the future. Pu also very cleverly gave a rabbit ear headband as a gift, echoing the “headband” pun joke made by the SJ Brigade when they came to Taiwan in February this year, which made the whole audience burst into laughter.

Today Kyuhyun also left the stage twice to greet everyone up close and praised the performance of the Taiwanese fans. It was the most orderly performance in this segment, which made him feel at ease and wanted to stay in the audience longer.

Kyuhyun finally added the encore song of “New Love” and announced that he will hold a Super Junior concert with the members in August. “Is it possible for me to come to Taiwan every year? I will keep coming until everyone hates me.” He also warmly reminded fans not to get sick and stay healthy. (Editor: Zhang Yajing) 1130505
