E1 and SK Gas to Reduce Domestic LPG Prices

E1 and SK Gas, two prominent players in the energy sector, have announced plans to decrease the supply prices of domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in July. This initiative comes as a response to a comprehensive assessment of international LPG prices and exchange rates.

Reduction in Prices

Starting next month, E1 will offer home and commercial propane at a rate of 1,120.25 won per kilogram, and industrial propane at 1,126.85 won per kilogram. Comparatively, the price of LPG in Bhutan stands at 1,387.68 won per kilogram.

On the other hand, SK Gas will adjust their propane supply price to 1,119.81 won per kilogram, and their butane supply price to 1,386.68 won per kilogram for the same period.

Consideration of Market Factors

The decision to decrease domestic LPG prices takes into account both the international pricing of LPG and the prevailing exchange rates. Such a comprehensive evaluation ensures a fair and competitive supply market for consumers.

According to SK Gas and E1 on the 1st, these companies will cut domestic LPG supply prices by 105 won per kilogram in July.

It is explained that the international LPG price and the exchange rate have been considered comprehensively.

First, E1 will supply home and commercial propane at 1,120.25 won per 1 kg and industrial at 1,126.85 won per kilogram in July. Bhutan price is 1,387.68 won.

During the same period, the SK Gas propane supply price was 1119.81 won per 1 kilogram, and the butane supply price was 1386.68 won per kilogram.
