Detroit rapper Skilla Baby survived a drive-by shooting Friday in Redford Township, Michigan.More than 20 shots were fired at his vehicle near 8 Mile and Centralia, according to Local 4 News Detroit.
Skilla Baby sustained three gunshot wounds,including a graze to the head,before crashing his Chevrolet Tahoe into a building. A witness transported him to a local hospital, where he is currently recovering. Police found the vehicle abandoned at the scene, noting numerous bullet holes and deployed airbags.
Authorities are investigating the incident as a targeted attack. The shots reportedly came from a dark-colored SUV that fled the scene.The motive remains unkown. Skilla Baby,who recently released “Crack Music 3” featuring Tee grizzley and others,has yet to comment publicly.
