Sky-High Victory: Joint Venture Secures Record-Breaking 6,000 Billion VND Contract for Long Thanh Airport
ACC Aviation Construction Corporation Wins Bid for Long Thanh Airport Project
A consortium of contractors led by ACC Aviation Construction Corporation has been awarded the contract for the construction and installation of equipment for the aircraft parking lot of the Long Thanh airport passenger terminal.
Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) announced the results of the contractor selection for package 4.7 on September 13, which includes the construction and installation of equipment for the aircraft parking lot, passenger terminal, and other works of the Long Thanh airport project phase 1.
The winning consortium consists of ACC Aviation Construction Corporation, Truong Son Construction Corporation, Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation, Vietnam Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company, Cienco4 Group Joint Stock Company, and Sau Bon Bay Aviation Construction Joint Stock Company.
The consortium’s winning bid price is VND 6,267,991 billion, compared to the bidding price of VND 6,368,224 billion. The contract will be implemented according to fixed unit price and adjusted unit price, with a performance period of 23 months, equivalent to 690 days from the commencement date.
Package 4.7 includes the construction and equipment installation for the passenger terminal and aircraft parking lot and other works of component project 3, in the Long Thanh International Airport construction investment project phase 1. Two contractor consortiums participated in the bidding process.
The first consortium, led by Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company, was disqualified due to one of its members, Hoang Long Construction Investment Corporation, having its account on the national bidding network suspended from June 30 until the time of the technical proposal evaluation report.

The Deo Ca consortium sent several petitions to ACV, stating that the removal of the consortium due to this circumstance was not in accordance with regulations. However, ACV affirmed that it had complied with regulations and did not cancel the bidding results of Package 4.7 of Long Thanh Airport.
