Tandan-style somen noodles made with soy milk and noodle soup. The mellow soy milk and rich meat miso go very well together! Whether it’s warm or cold ◎

Ingredients (for 2 people)
2 bundles of somen noodles
White onion 4cm
120g minced pork
A little garlic (grated)
A little ginger (grated)
A little salad oil
<Seasoning>
3/4 teaspoon sake
1 teaspoon sweet noodle sauce
Mentsuyu (2x concentrated) 50ml
water 45ml
Soy milk (adjusted) 120ml
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Green onion (chopped) appropriate amount
1/2 teaspoon ground white sesame seeds
【Preparation】
Finely chop the white onion. Add the meat miso ingredients to a bowl and mix.

[How to make]
1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry ground pork over medium heat. When the meat changes color, add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until the fat runs clear.

2. Boil plenty of water in a pot and boil the somen according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water, tighten, drain and place in a bowl.

3. Mix the ingredients for the mentsuyu and sprinkle over the somen noodles. Place the meat miso on top and sprinkle with green onions and ground sesame seeds.

Mentsuyu can be served cold or warm. Please choose as you like.

1 teaspoon salad oil

2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon kombucha
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
A little coarsely ground black pepper
