Rodriguez, who doesn’t consider himself calm under pressure, recently faced a challenging situation when a man threw a glass bottle thru his shop’s window.
Instead of reacting with anger, rodriguez secured the door, checked on his staff, and continued operations. This response, captured in a viral video that garnered over 11 million views, showcased his commitment to grace over anger.
