SODANE – Very filling! Introducing the super economical recipe “Maitake Steak Bowl”[Shimokuni Shin’s Morning Meal]

How about a recipe that incorporates techniques unique to French chefs and with just a few simple adjustments that will “awaken” both you and your cooking?
This time, it’s “Maitake Steak Bowl”
Materials (2 people ago)
★Maitake mushrooms 200g
★Rice (appropriate amount)
* 20g butter
★4 tablespoons soy sauce
★Wheat flour (appropriate amount)
★Olive oil (appropriate amount)
★10g boiled seaweed
★5 tablespoons kelp water
★3 tablespoons mirin
★Beet sugar 10g
★Salt (to taste)

How to make it
1. Put whole maitake mushrooms, soy sauce, mirin, kelp water, and beet sugar in a frying pan and boil over high heat.
~3 minutes later~
➋When the water starts to evaporate, reduce heat to medium and simmer.
3) Once all the water has evaporated, turn off the heat and in a separate frying pan, add olive oil and fry the flour-coated maitake mushrooms.
❹ Once both sides are cooked thoroughly, turn the heat to low.
Add butter and boiled seaweed and dissolve to make sauce.
POINT: Coat the maitake mushrooms with plenty of sauce!
❺ Cut the maitake mushrooms in half and place on top of the rice.
