Jordanian Football Association Announces Sold-Out Tickets for Al-Nashama Match

The Jordanian Football Association announced on Tuesday that tickets for Al-Nashama national team‘s match against Kuwaiti opponents at the start of the third round campaign of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup have sold out.

The runner-up national team in the last Asian Cup in Qatar will face Kuwait at 9pm Jordan time on Thursday at the Amman International Stadium with a capacity of about 17,000 spectators.

The federation said it would allocate 8% of the stadium’s capacity to Kuwaiti fans, while tickets are still available in their designated sections.

Pre-Match Preparations

A press conference for the coach of the “Nashama” team and its Kuwaiti counterpart is scheduled to be held on Wednesday morning.

The national team will conduct two training sessions on Wednesday evening, the first at the Petra Stadium and the second and last at the Amman International Stadium.

Qualification System

The national team finished in the third and second group of the decisive round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers with South Korea, Iraq, Oman, Palestine and Kuwait.

According to the qualification system, the teams were divided into three groups, with six teams in each group, and the top two teams in each group qualified directly for the 2026 World Cup, while the third and fourth-placed teams from each group qualified for the competition.
