Soldiers send warning to Russian compatriots

Read video transcript

“Welcome to Hell, Brothers”
These words come from a Russian soldier in Ukraine.
He explains why only fools would think of trying to make money in the Ukraine war and warns of kamikaze drones and a gruesome death.
“For money! I understand. Then here’s your gun, there’s a bloodbath over there. Go and earn your money!”
“You will make money, my friend. Money! You thought it was easy? Fuck no!”
He paints a bleak picture:
“There is a war here. And not like in World War II, where you just have to kill Germans. This is a modern war. A war of drones (…) and all that shit that constantly sees you, that constantly adapts, and then the grenade launchers or kamikaze drones or cluster bombs that hit you.”
This Russian soldier also launched an appeal asking the online community for help. He also describes his fear of drones.
“Please help us with pump guns, any shit will help. Write me.”
“These damn FPV drones, we’re sick of them. A shotgun saves ten lives, if not more. They just burn us.”
“We have enough fighting spirit, but with this little $500 scum they are burning us from above.”
The remote-controlled FPV drones are indispensable for the Ukrainians in the war against Russia. Numerous videos on social networks show successful attacks on Russian troops and their military equipment.
Heroism is also nonsense in this war, the first soldier continues:
“Your heroism will disappear the first time you are in battle and see a corpse, and there are countless corpses here. And you can end up like that too.”
“It’s more than fear, it’s horror.”
“To be a hero (…) you should first put on a thicker diaper to carry around more shit.”

He warns cynically:
“(…) I can tell you: welcome to hell, brothers, if you come for money.”
“Good luck to those who want to feel the feeling of adrenaline. There’s a lot of that here. But I recommend not coming. It’s not worth it.”

Both Russia and Ukraine have recorded high losses since the war began in February 2022. At the same time, Russian troops are managing to advance, particularly in the Donetsk region.
