2023 Zhao Chaogou Journalism Award Winners Announced
The 39th Annual Meeting of the China Evening News Workers Association was held in Changchun on September 20, with the theme “Media Transformation Driven by New Technologies.” The results of the 2023 Zhao Chaogou Journalism Award were announced at the meeting, and awards were presented to the winning units.
A total of 882 works from over 150 evening newspapers and urban newspapers across the country were submitted for the 2023 Zhao Chaogou News Award and Media Convergence Award. After a rigorous review process, 20 special prizes, 105 first prizes, 10 outstanding news paper awards, 10 outstanding columns, and 9 outstanding pages of the 2023 China Evening News Zhao Chaogou News Award were selected. Additionally, the first, second, and third prizes of the China Evening News Zhao Chaogou News Award Convergence Media Award were chosen in the categories of Convergence Reporting, News Live Broadcasting, New Media Column, and Application Innovation.
The review meeting also approved the Zhao Chaogou News Award Video Photography Works recommended by the Video Photography Branch. Following this, the judges at the meeting voted to produce 7 candidate works recommended for the China News Award.
