According to the Korea Film Council’s integrated computer network count on the 14th, ‘Spring in Seoul’ attracted 188,751 people nationwide on the 13th, bringing the cumulative audience to 7,551,382. It is on track to reach over 8 million viewers, with estimates suggesting this milestone could be achieved as early as the 16th.

This gripping film depicts the 9 hours of imminent action to suppress a rebellion by the new military forces that took place in the capital of Seoul on December 12, 1979. Directed by Kim Seong-su, the movie stars Hwang Jung-min, Jung Woo-sung, Lee Seong-min, and Park Hae-joon.
