Squarepusher Announces New Album, *Kammerkonzert*

British electronic music producer Squarepusher, born Tom Jenkinson, is set to release his sixteenth studio album, Kammerkonzert, on April 10, 2026. The album, released via Warp Records, follows his 2024 release, Dostrotime, and a 2023 archival release, Stereotype.

Described as a “harmony-led, chamber orchestra-style electronic concerto,” Kammerkonzert represents a new sonic direction for the artist, known for his complex basslines and experimental approach to electronic music. Warp Records also reissued Squarepusher’s 1994 release under the alias Stereotype last October.

The album features fourteen tracks, each titled “K” followed by a number and a place name. The complete tracklist is as follows:

  1. K1 Advance
  2. K2 Central
  3. K3 Diligence
  4. K4 Fairlands
  5. K5 Fremantle
  6. K6 Headquarters
  7. K7 Museum
  8. K8 Park
  9. K9 Reliance
  10. K10 Terminus
  11. K11 Tideway
  12. K12 Uplands
  13. K13 Vigilant
  14. K14 Welbeck

A video for the single “K2 Central,” directed by Jo Apps, has been released alongside the album announcement. The release of Kammerkonzert continues a prolific period for Jenkinson, who has consistently pushed the boundaries of electronic music for over two decades.

Squarepusher’s work has often been praised for its technical complexity and innovative sound design. Kammerkonzert appears to build on this reputation, incorporating elements of classical music and orchestral arrangements into his signature electronic style. The album’s title itself suggests a departure from his previous work, hinting at a more structured and harmonious approach.

Warp Records, a label known for its support of cutting-edge electronic artists, has been instrumental in Squarepusher’s career. The label’s decision to reissue the Stereotype album last year demonstrates a commitment to preserving and showcasing the artist’s entire body of work.

The release of Kammerkonzert is anticipated by fans and critics alike, eager to hear how Squarepusher will continue to evolve his sound and challenge expectations within the electronic music landscape. The album is available for pre-order now and will be released on April 10th, 2026.
