The project is located in southern Vietnam, in Tra Vinh Province, with an installed capacity. and contracted capacity totaling 48 megawatts. The project has a power purchase agreement with the Vietnamese Electricity Authority with a contract term of 20 years. The purchase rate of electricity is 9.80 US cents per kilowatt-hour.
