Manchester City Misses Late Opportunity, Settles for 0-0 Draw with Inter Milan

The UEFA Champions League season 2024-25 continued on September 18, with Manchester City hosting Inter Milan at the Etihad Stadium. The home team, led by Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, and Rodri, faced off against the visiting team’s Markus Thuram, Mehdi Taremi, and Nicolo Barella.

Manchester City should have scored the winning goal in the 90+4 minute, but the ball sailed over the crossbar, resulting in a 0-0 draw.

Borussia Dortmund Secures 3-0 Away Win Against Club Brugge

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund, the former second-best team in Germany, won 3-0 against Club Brugge at the Jan Breydel Stadion. Jamie Gittens scored in the 76th and 86th minutes, while Serhu Girassi added a penalty goal in the 90+5 minute.
