‘Stalking protection’ killer 35-year-old Kim Byung-chan… “Prepare meticulously”

The identity of 35-year-old Kim Byung-chan, who was arrested for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, who was protecting him, has been released.

He claimed that it was an accidental crime only to intimidate, but the circumstances in which he had prepared meticulously in advance were also confirmed.

The identity of the perpetrator who killed his ex-girlfriend who was under police protection has been revealed.

Born in 1986, I am 35 years old, Kim Byung-chan.

The police held a personal disclosure deliberation committee consisting of 4 external members and 3 internal members and decided to disclose it with the consent of two-thirds of the members present.

“I prepared a weapon in advance, went to the victim’s house and brutally murdered him, and the suspect admitted to the crime, and sufficient evidence was secured, including CCTV footage.”

During the police investigation, Kim is said to have claimed that it was “an accidental crime with no intention to kill, only to scare you.”

However, as the police traced Kim’s movement, it was confirmed that the crime was meticulously prepared.

On the 18th, the day before the crime, Kim came up to Seoul from his residence in Busan, bought a hat to cover his face at a shopping mall near the victim’s house, and then stopped by another large mart nearby to buy a weapon.

“I know that (the police) contacted related companies in such a way to ask them to cooperate with CCTV related videos.”

After spending the night at the accommodation, check in advance for the victim’s car in the parking lot of the victim’s house around 11 am on the day of the crime.

Then he committed the crime while waiting for the victim to come out of the hallway in front of the front door.

The police disclose the identity of the suspect in accordance with relevant laws for the public interest, such as guaranteeing the public’s right to know and preventing crime.
