“British Fair” offers popular British food, drinks, and afternoon tea. This time, we will be offering a “British Afternoon Tea” where you can enjoy dishes based on recipes from the British Embassy in Japan, as well as an accommodation plan that includes afternoon tea. The restaurant features a menu with British connections, allowing you to experience British taste and culture.

“British Afternoon Tea” offers a wide variety of desserts. We offer “trifle”, a traditional dessert made with layers of cream, sponge and fruit, “cordial jelly”, a jelly made with syrup infused with herbs and fruits, and “lemon drizzle cake”, a classic British tea time lemon cake. You can taste it.

In addition, the special afternoon tea includes marinated fish using Scottish salmon, a fish that is purveyor to the British Royal Family, traditional vegetable quiche called Coronation Quiche, and scones. Also, for a limited time at the “British Fair,” you can also enjoy “English Breakfast” black tea, which is a blend of “Assam”, which has the flavor of various spices, and “Sumatra”, which has a deep flavor.
