Twelve Iowa school districts will receive grants to expand STEM BEST (Businesses Engaging Students and Teachers) programs this summer. The Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council, in conjunction with the Iowa Department of Education, announced the $200,000+ in funding for the STEM BEST Explore pilot program.
