The “Stormy” adult film actress ends testimony and denies profiting from the Trump story
(AFP, New York, 9th) Adult film actress “Stormy” Daniels, who was involved in former US President Trump’s “hush money” case, ended her lengthy testimony today Trump’s lawyers tried to impeach her after to portray as a greedy liar who benefited from the accusations.
Daniels claimed he had a sexual relationship with Trump, who was married at the time, in 2006, but denied threatening her for hush money.

Trump, 77, is accused of falsifying business records to pay $130,000 to his personal lawyer Michael Cohen (about NT$4.2 million) to reimburse Cohen for the fees he paid to Daniels before the 2016 presidential election, the purpose being prevent Daniels from revealing the past and causing political damage to Trump.
The United States will hold a presidential election in November this year, and the Republican Trump is likely to face a step against the Democratic incumbent Joe Biden again.
Daniels testified for nearly eight hours on the 7th of this month and today detailed to a jury in New York her one night stand with Trump during a celebrity golf tournament and the subsequent hush money.
Today Trump’s lawyers tried to claim that Daniels came forward for money, saying she made $800,000 from the story for her book.
Trump’s lawyers also accused her of performing in a strip club, using pictures of Trump in promotions, and using the slogan “Making America Horny Again”. Trump once used “Make America Great Again” as his campaign slogan.
Daniels said, “I’ve never used that slogan. I hate it.”
Under cross-examination, Daniels accused Nichels of trying to get her to say the wrong thing. Nichels mentioned that Daniels has directed and acted in more than 150 adult films, “You’re an expert at making fake sex stories look realistic.”
Daniels reiterated: “If this story (about Trump) was false, I would have made it better … I didn’t have to make it right at all.”
In her testimony on the 7th, Daniels mentioned Trump’s pajamas, flat pants, sexual views, and said that Trump did not wear a condom. She said she “wasn’t threatened verbally or physically” at the time, but “I didn’t stop or refuse, and I felt very ashamed.”
Trump has denied having a sexual relationship with Daniels.
Trump told reporters before appearing in court today that this was an “extraordinary case” and “none of us have ever seen this type of crime.”
