Netflix to End Support for Older iPhone Models

Netflix has announced that it will be ending support for iPhone models older than⁢ the iPhone Xs.‍ This means that users with older iPhone models will no longer receive updates from the Netflix app.

Apple’s ⁤latest operating system, iOS⁢ 18 and iPadOS 18, is set to ‍be released on September 17. ‍Users ⁣with an iPhone Xs ‍or later, or an iPhone or ⁣iPad currently running iOS 17, will⁢ be able‍ to upgrade to the new operating⁣ system.

However, users with⁢ iPhone X ‍or earlier models will not be able to‌ update‌ the Netflix app. While they will still be able to watch Netflix, ‍they will not ⁣have access to new⁢ features or bug fixes.

This⁤ change does not mean⁤ that‌ users with older iPhone models will be unable to watch Netflix immediately. However, it is likely that a ⁣major app ‍update will eventually prevent customers ⁤from using the latest⁣ version of the‌ app in the future.

What This Means for ⁤iPhone Users

iPhone users with older⁤ models may need to consider ⁣upgrading to a newer device in order to continue using the Netflix app with the latest features and updates.
