The doubles pair of Chen Meng and Kuaiman dominated the first set, defeating Li Yake and Qin Xiaoce with a commanding 3-0 win. In the singles match, Sun Yingsha faced off against Wang Yidi and swiftly took a 2-0 lead with two consecutive 11-6 wins. Despite Wang Yidi’s strong fightback in the third game, Sun Yingsha maintained her composure and sealed the victory at 12-10. Sun Yingsha’s incredible performance in the Table Tennis Super League, having claimed the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title for three consecutive leagues, continues to be a highlight this season as she aims for a fourth consecutive MVP title. In the third singles match, Chen Meng triumphed over Qin Xiaoce with a straight-set victory.
Defending champions Shandong Luneng also secured a resounding 3-0 victory against Longjiang Huiminbao. In the match, Chen Xingtong and Qian Tianyi faced Liu Shiwen and Qi Fei in the first doubles set. Liu Shiwen, having been away from the field for an extended period, displayed some rustiness, leading to several errors.
