Garuda Indonesia Shifts Flights from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport to Citilink
Garuda Indonesia has ceased operating flights to and from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in East Jakarta, transferring those services to its subsidiary, citilink. this change aims to optimize short-haul flight offerings by providing services tailored to business travelers prioritizing efficiency, accessibility, flight frequency, and competitive pricing.
Citilink, a subsidiary of Garuda Group, will now handle all flights previously operated by Garuda Indonesia at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. Teh move is part of a broader strategy to better align services with market demands.
According to a statement from Garuda Indonesia, the optimization of services at Halim Airport is intended to cater to a segment of business travelers who value time efficiency, convenient airport access, adequate flight frequency, and competitive fares.
