Manju Warrier has released the character poster of ‘Tara’ directed by Deswin Prem under the banner of Antonio Motion Pictures, Close Shot Entertainment and Sameer Movies through her Facebook page.
The first phase of shooting of Tara has been completed in Kerala. The second schedule starts in Chennai. Anushree plays the lead role of Sithara in the film which discusses the freedom spaces of women’s life. The photo of Anushree with her plastered right hand has already been widely discussed on social media.
The story unfolds through some unexpected events in the life of Sithara, who travels with taxi driver Siva from Chennai to Kochi. Sanal Aman, who is notable for his role as Freddy in Malik, plays Siva. Also present are Vigilesh and Divya Gopinath. Naan Saravanan, who played the psycho criminal Christopher in the Tamil crime thriller ‘Rakshasani’, arrives as Sithara’s husband Satheesha.
