Strong Demand Fuels Sales in North Bengaluru
Tata Housing Development Company Ltd. has reported over ₹1,000 crore (approximately $12.04 million USD as of October 8, 2025) in sales at its Varnam Phase I residential project in bengaluru, India. The project, launched in August 2025, is part of the larger 135-acre ‘Carnatica’ integrated township located in North Bengaluru.
As of October 8, 2025, Varnam phase I, spanning 20 acres, has seen the sale of 377 units out of a total of 582 apartments, and also 48 townhouses and row houses.
