Tatweer Company launched an employment training program in cooperation with Al Faisal University, to empower the next generation of specialists in the sector, and expose them to the latest visions and practices in the field of real estate development. The program was specifically designed to give students a practical understanding of the real estate sector, as the main objectives of the program are to provide a comprehensive foundation. For the basics of real estate development, starting from understanding the process itself, through mastering the required procedures and licenses, all the way to the final stages.
In addition, students will gain skills in financial analysis and financing strategies, hone their negotiation skills, and learn the details of planning, design and project management. The curriculum also pays close attention to the importance of marketing and communication, as well as keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the field, preparing graduates to make significant contributions to the industry.
