World No. 6 men’s doubles shuttler Tee Kai Wun has expressed his support for partner Man Wei Chong following the latter’s marriage to his longtime partner, Ai Ting.

Man Wei Chong married Ai Ting on May 7, 2026. The wedding reception took place at the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall, where the event was attended by several teammates from the national squad.

The marriage follows an engagement that occurred on November 26, 2025, approximately six months prior to the wedding.

While celebrating the milestone, Tee Kai Wun highlighted the importance of Man Wei Chong’s recovery from a persistent right knee injury. Man Wei Chong has been managing the knee issue since February 2026.

Tee Kai Wun noted the new responsibilities accompanying marriage and his desire to return to full competition with his partner.
