The initial 64 kilometers present undulating terrain before the ascent of the category three Alto Tenebreo. This is followed by a challenging double climb consisting of the Puerto de San Llaurienzu and culminating in the 17-kilometer final climb to Farrapona.

Race Director’s Insight

The escape will be made up of crucial riders, good climbers with some margin in the general classification.” He further expects the ascent to Alto de San Lorenzo to increase the stage’s difficulty, setting the stage for a decisive final climb to Farrapona where the leading contenders will demonstrate their strength.
