(“OSP”), a subsidiary, sold an investment in Purplesol GK (“PPS”), a solar power plant business operator in Japan. with a production capacity of 133.63 MW in the 100% share to Amun Godo Kaisha (“Amun GK”) for a value of 13,915 million yen or equivalent to 3,434 million baht, completed on 27 December 2024.
