Interview with City Public⁤ Works Specialist: Holiday Schedule Changes

Interviewer: Thank you‌ for joining us today.‍ With ⁣Thanksgiving approaching, can⁤ you explain what changes residents‍ should expect regarding city services?

Specialist: ‍ Absolutely, ‌and thank you for having me. City Hall and all ⁤city offices will be ⁢closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 28,⁣ and Friday, November 29. This means residents won’t be⁣ able⁣ to access services during those⁤ days.

Interviewer: What about waste ⁣collection⁢ services? How will residents be affected?

Specialist: Great question! For residents who typically have their ‍recycling⁤ picked up on Thursday, that ⁣service ⁣will be moved ⁤to Saturday, November 30. We want ‌to ensure that ‍everyone has access to⁢ recycling after the holiday.

Interviewer: And what‍ about yard waste collection?

Specialist: Yard waste ⁤collection scheduled for Thursday will ⁤also be postponed.⁤ Residents should check the ⁤calendar for their next scheduled collection date. We appreciate everyone’s flexibility during this ⁢busy holiday season.

Interviewer: Are there any ⁤other collection days that‌ will‌ be affected?

Specialist: No,‍ all‌ other collection days will remain the same. This‌ alteration ⁢is specifically⁣ for those services‍ impacted by the holiday.

Interviewer: Thank you for ⁣clarifying‍ that. Is there⁢ anything ⁢else you’d like residents to know as we approach Thanksgiving?

Specialist: ⁣ Just ⁢a reminder to ‌enjoy the‍ holiday with family ‍and friends! We appreciate the community’s ‌understanding and cooperation. Happy Thanksgiving!

Interviewer: ⁢ Thank you for your time and insights!

Specialist: My pleasure! Thank you for having me.

All other collection days will stay the same.

Enjoy the holiday!
