In this episode, the trio embarked on a day trip to Mokpo for the second episode of ‘The 2nd Palm Oil Seminar in Mokpo.’ They set an impressive record by eating for 10 hours straight and studying 36 different types of food.

During their food expedition, Jeon Hyun-moo, Park Na-rae, and Lee Jang-woo indulged in various desserts such as mugwort gulle, shrimp baguette, and heart skewers at three different dessert restaurants. A delightful surprise awaited Park Na-rae as she coincidentally ran into a childhood friend in front of one of the dessert shops. The trio relished their culinary adventure and consumed a grand total of 30 heart skewers out of a hundred. Park Na-rae proudly declared, “There’s nothing we can’t eat when the three of us are together.”

The excitement continued as Jeon Hyun-moo and Park Na-rae visited Vietnam’s Dalat Mart and Mokpo Yudal Mountain Octagonal Pavilion. Heated debates arose between the hosts regarding the identity of the wormwood bridle material. They even challenged Lee Jang-woo to create a new menu by mixing wormwood grain syrup and soybean water.

Later on, Park Na-rae expressed her desire to fully experience palm trees and arranged for a unique activity called ‘Palm Yu-ho.’ This entailed floating palm trees in the sea of Mokpo, where the trio encountered wild minnows that are not commonly found in their diets. Despite initial apprehension, Jeon Hyun-moo and Lee Jang-woo jumped at the opportunity to take commemorative photos with the live minnows. Additionally, Jeon Hyun-moo and Park Na-rae surprised Lee Jang-woo, the youngest member of the palm oil family, with a heartfelt birthday celebration. Jeon Hyun-moo crafted a special ‘farm field’ cake, and Lee Jang-woo received a birthday present filled with thoughtful gifts. Unfortunately, the plastic chair that Lee Jang-woo was sitting on couldn’t withstand his weight, resulting in a humorous mishap. Nonetheless, he expressed his contentment and labeled it as one of the best moments of his life.

Continuing their gastronomic journey, the trio savored a delectable dinner at a Korean beef restaurant. Park Na-rae ordered raw beef, deciduous meat, and grilled specials, while Jeon Hyun-moo reached his limit during the ‘Baekki Tour.’ Although he initially asked for restraint, his senses were captivated by the taste of Mokpo makgeolli and the succulent raw meat, leading him to indulge some more.

The episode included amusing spin-offs of the ‘Baekki Travel,’ showcasing the trio’s struggles with overflowing trouser belts, missing shirt buttons, and the consequences of overeating. Jeon Hyun-moo confessed his desire to exercise for the first time in order to combat the aftermath of heavy eating. Even Cocoon and Gian 84 shared their woes of experiencing ‘imaginary overeating’ throughout their palm-fueled journey.

The final course featured a delightful wheat and octopus tang-tang enjoyed against the backdrop of Mokpo’s stunning night view. Park Na-rae expertly organized the ‘2nd Palm Oil Seminar in Mokpo,’ highlighting Mokpo’s signature taste of octopus. A certification shot captured the amusing sight of the drink pouring out as they continued to eat, provoking laughter. Over the course of their 12-hour ‘Baekki Tour’ in Mokpo, the Palm Oil Family spent a remarkable 10 hours consuming food and exploring 36 different food items.
