Most of the supply districts, such as Hanam Gyosan and Siheung Hajag, were in the 300 to 400 million won range, but the estimated price of 500 to 800 million won was calculated for the Gwacheonjuam district, which has a high land price and includes type 84.

For the pre-subscription application qualification, the subscription qualification and income and asset requirements are judged based on the announcement of the pre-subscription occupant recruitment. Should be.

15% of the total public sale volume is allocated to general supply, and the remaining 85% is for newlyweds (30%), first time in life (25%), multiple children (10%), supporting elderly parents (5%), and others (15%). Supplied as a special supply.

Qualifications for general supply for public sale must be those residing in the metropolitan area, members of non-home households, and subscription savings subscribers. Prior subscription will be given to those who meet the first priority requirements because the target district is a speculation overheated district or overheated subscription area.

In the case of a special sale, qualifications such as resident savings, asset requirements, income requirements, and non-homeowners are required depending on the type of supply, and specific qualifications can be confirmed through the notice.

The basic qualifications for moving into the Newlyweds Hope Town are: members of non-homeless households (newly married couples) who have been married for less than 7 years or who have children under the age of 6; newlyweds), and members of single-parent homeless households with children under the age of 6 (single-parent families).

30% will be given priority to newlyweds within 2 years of marriage and newlyweds (1st stage), and the remaining 70% will be supplied to those who are unsuccessful in Stage 1 and others.

The 3rd new town is providing early housing by shortening the housing supply period by an average of 52 months (4 years and 4 months) compared to the existing new towns through advance subscription. The tender will be put into effect.

Kim Soo-sang, head of the Housing and Land Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, said, “The advance subscription system is expected to have a great effect in early-stage the effect of the government’s supply measures and to resolve the demand for waiting for subscription.”
