Joining a select group of distinguished actors, Ram Charan finds himself in the company of illustrious names such as Lasana Lynch, Vicky Cripes, Louise Koo Tin-loc, Kekay Palmer, Chang Chen, Sakura Ando, and Robert Davey, all of whom have captivated audiences worldwide with their indelible performances.

The Academy expressed its admiration for these actors who skillfully bring characters to life through authenticity and meticulous portrayal. Junior NTR, who also played a pivotal role in the highly anticipated RRR, had previously joined the ranks of the esteemed Actors’ Branch. Following in his footsteps, Ram Charan, known for his remarkable performances, has now received the honor of joining this revered cadre of talent. The Academy’s invitation extended to a total of 398 individuals, including Ram Charan and Junior NTR. This diverse group encompasses both artists and executives, highlighting the inclusive nature of the Academy’s recognition.

Notably, lyricist Chandra Bose and music director MM Keeravani, along with cinematographer KK Senthilkumar and production designer Sabu Cyril, have also received invitations to join the esteemed Academy, affirming their immense contributions to the world of cinema.

Celebrations continue to abound for Junior NTR and Ram Charan, who recently triumphed at the Academy Awards, winning the coveted Best Original Song category for their soul-stirring composition “Natu Natu.” Now, their artistic prowess is further acknowledged with their inclusion in the esteemed Actors’ Branch.

The new announcement comes within weeks of including NTR Junior in the same category. The new cast also includes Lasana Lynch, Vicky Cripes, Louise Koo Tin-loc, Kekay Palmer, Chang Chen, Sakura Ando and Robert Davey.

“Through detailed portrayal and dedication to authenticity, these actors present us with characters that win hearts and minds. Their mastery of art transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary cinematic experiences. We are delighted to welcome these talented artists to the Academy’s Actors Branch,” said the Academy in an Instagram post.

Junior NTR, who played another important role in RRR, had joined the actors branch earlier. After this, Ramcharan was also welcomed into the actors branch. 398 people were invited, including Ramcharan and Jr. NTR, to join the academy. This includes artists and executives. Lyricist Chandra Bose and music director MM Keeravani, cinematographer KK Senthilkumar and production designer Sabu Cyril were also invited by the academy.

A few months after winning the Academy Award for Best Original Song for Natu Natu, Jr. NTR and Ram Charan have been invited to the Actors Branch.
