39.44 million was earned in the average annual salary of new employees in domestic public organizations this year.

Employment portal Incruit published on the 1st, as a result of analyzing the annual salary of 135 new employees who revealed annual salary information among public organizations that participated in the ‘Public Organization Recruitment Information Fair 2023’, the average annual salary of new full-time employees. was 39.44 million won.

It is a 3.1% increase from the average annual salary last year (38.24 million earned), and a 7.5% increase from 3 years ago (36.69 million earned).

IBK Industrial Bank of Korea (52.72 million won) has the highest salary for new recruits, up 0.9% from last year (52.26 million won).

Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (52.53 million won), Korea Criminal Justice Policy Institute (52 million won), Korea Investment Corporation (50.54 million won), Korea Development Bank (50 million won), Korea Carbon Industry Promotion Agency (50 million won) , Credit Guarantee Fund (won 49.53 million), Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety and Technology (won 48.81 million), Technology Guarantee Fund (won 48.6 million), and Korea Institute of Advanced Science and Technology (won 47.28 million) were in the top 10 .

Looking at the salary of new recruits by category, most of them were around 40 million won (43.7%) and 30 million won (48.2%).

The annual salary ranged from a minimum of 27 million won to a maximum of 52.72 million won.

By field, finance (44.08 million earned) had the highest annual salary.

It was followed by research and education (41.24 million won), culture, art, diplomacy and legal affairs (38.58 million won), and social overhead capital (38.25 million won).
