The AOC Center aims to establish
• Immediately suspend/freeze the criminal’s account for the victim who has been deceived (takes 15 minutes).
• Follow up the situation and resolve victims’ problems immediately at every stage.
• Accelerate follow-up on reimbursements to victims.
• Increase efficiency in arrests, prosecutions and case expansion.
Currently the AOC 1441 Center has only one contact channel, namely the 1441 hotline, which can be contacted 24 hours a day and does not in any way have a Facebook Page or an Official Line as a contact channel. And there is no call for people to invest or transfer money.
