Tuoi Tre reported that the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam held a meeting today at the headquarters of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee to review the resignation and withdrawal of Vuong Dinh Hue as a member of the Political Bureau of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 2021 to 2026. The Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam is elected by the representatives of the National Assembly. Therefore, to formally remove Wang Dinh Hui from the position of Chairman of the National Assembly, it must be handed over to the National Assembly of Vietnam to go through formal procedures.
The Communist Party of Vietnam did not specify the violations and deficiencies of Wang Dinh Hui today. However, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam announced on April 22 that Pham Thai Ha, assistant to the Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly, had been arrested on suspicion of abusing his power. At that time, the outside world speculated that Wang Dinh Hui may have been affected. Please resign.
Before Wang Dinh Hue, former Vietnamese President Vo Van Thuong was approved to resign in late March this year. According to the report of the Central Inspection Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the time, Vo Van Thuong violated the regulations that party members cannot engage in.
