The post on Facebook comes after MV Govindan filed a defamation case against Swapna Suresh. The petition was filed directly in the Thaliparambu court. The demand is to file a case under sections 120B and 500 IPC. The court accepted the complaint on file.

The court also ordered a notice to be sent to the witnesses who recorded Govindan’s statement. The petition will be heard again on the 20th of this month to record the statements of the witnesses.

In MV Govindan’s complaint, Sapna and Vijesh are said to have conspired and personally insulted each other. Swapna’s address is false and fake. Neither he nor his family know Vijesh Pillai. Govindan’s complaint demands that a case be filed against Swapna as the first accused and Vijesh as the second accused for criminal conspiracy and defamation.
