After a gap of 17 years, the England cricket team arrived in Pakistan. The tour includes 7 T20s and 3 Tests. The tour will start with the T20 series on the 20th of this month. England last toured Pakistan in 2005. England had decided to tour Pakistan last year but pulled out citing security concerns.
The first five T20 matches will be played in Karachi. The last two matches will be played in Lahore. The T20 series will end on October 2. Both teams will then travel to Australia for the World Cup. After the World Cup, the Test series will start on December 1. The first test is in Rawalpindi. The second Test will be played in Multan starting on December 9 and the third Test will be played in Karachi starting on December 17.
