Fujairah: A mild earthquake shook the region of Dibba El Fujairah in the UAE on Thursday, the National Weather Service said. The quake struck at 9.14pm local time on Thursday. The National Seismic Network recorded a intensity of 1.19. Only a small tremor was felt in the area. Experts say such small earthquakes occur intermittently in the Hajar Mountains of the UAE.
