Books – Masrawy:

Anchor Maha Al-Saghir, presenter of the program “Women Don’t Know They Lie,” which is broadcast on CBC, denied the news that spread about her divorce from the artist Ahmed Al-Sakka, which topped search engines during the past hours.

Maha Al-Saghir added that there is no truth to the divorce between her and Ahmed Al-Sakka, and that the rumors that spread are baseless.

Regarding the source of the rumours, the journalist Maha Al-Saghir said that the reason behind these rumors is what she said during last Wednesday’s episode of the program “Women Don’t Know They Lie” and the social discussions that she discussed with the journalist Heba Al-Abasiri, which were related to the impact of divorce on women’s lives. And about the unhappiness that women may experience under the neglect of their husbands, which the public considers to be related to their personal lives.

She added: People interpreted the words and what came in my speech as being related to my personal life, and this is not new to social media, and she continued: A few days ago, I spoke in the program episode about the negative impact of social media and an interpretation of everything that is published on it, especially what is related to celebrities, in a way that is different from reality. And indeed, this is what happened now.

Masrawy publishes Maha Al-Saghir’s message on the program, which sparked controversy and was misinterpreted.
