An article by a father stating that the mysterious graffiti on the back of his son’s hand turned out to be the number of times of school violence caused anger from online netizens.

According to local media such as the British Mirror on the 15th (local time), Matthew Beard, who lives in London, posted a photo on his social networking service (SNS) on the 14th. In the picture, several lines are regularly drawn on the back of the hand. The lines gave the impression of something indicating the number of times.

“My son was recording the number of times he was verbally and physically assaulted over the past two days on the back of his hand,” explained Beard. He said, “It’s a total of 21 episodes. It hurts like a tear in my heart,” he said. “The school should punish the criminals more seriously. And their parents must also pay a fine (take responsibility).”

“You don’t know what’s going on at school, you want them to be safe at school,” he said.

Netizens responded to this, saying, “It hurts so much,” “The school must take clear measures,” and “The offender will be severely punished.”
