The Ministry of Finance launches the third edition of the program for qualifying distinguished observers

​The Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, announced the launch of the third edition of the Distinguished Qualification Program for Financial Controllers for the year 2024, which seeks to empower recent university graduates and academically qualified young national cadres, by training them, developing their capabilities and experience, and providing them with knowledge. ‏

The announcement of the third edition comes as an extension of the success achieved in the first and second editions of this program, which stems from one of the most important objectives of the Ministry of Finance to qualify human resources within a productive work environment, in order to achieve one of the most important pillars of Saudi Vision 2030, which is a prosperous economy that contributes to creating opportunities. Fruitful for young national cadres.

Qualifying distinguished energies

The program aims to qualify distinguished national energies, by training them with the Ministry of Finance for a period of 12 months ending with their employment, while granting them two additional degrees to the rank they deserve if they successfully pass the program.
In addition to providing them with fruitful opportunities and helping them to hone their experiences within a short period of time.

Young national talents

The program attracts young national competencies, male and female graduates who hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees less than four years after their graduation, and then enrolls them in training courses, in addition to providing them with on-the-job training in the Ministry of Finance. ‏

The Ministry explained that it will begin receiving applications for registration in the program through its official website until Sunday, March 10.

Conditions for joining the program

The Ministry stipulated that to join the program, the applicant must be of Saudi nationality, specialize in finance, accounting and taxes, and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with full-time and regular study.
It also stipulates that the applicant for the program must not have graduated more than 4 years ago, and his graduation average must not be less than 4/5 or 4/3, and he must have a score of 5 on the IELTS test, or 67 on the STEP test, or 466. In the TOEFL test.
In addition to obtaining the equivalency of external certificates, passing the measurement tests and personal interviews, as well as the medical examination.
