The female netizen who broke the news posted on the Facebook group “Hong Kong Anti-epidemic Concern Group” in the early hours of the morning, saying, “A patient in the Queen’s Hill Isolation Camp is on the ceiling.” It can be seen from the attached pictures that the hygiene and environment in the unit are poor, not only the floor is dirty and used toilet paper, but also the unknown liquid suspected to be food residue or vomit; ceilings, walls, electric switches, etc. There are fecal stains, and there are suspected excrement on the mattress in the unit.

The incident caused heated discussions among other netizens.
