The Popayán CDA lowers mechanical technical inspection rates – La Campana Newspaper

The Automotive Diagnostic Center seeks to retain the users of its services.

With a reduction in the rates of technical-mechanical inspection and other marketing strategies, the new administration of the Popayán Automotive Diagnostic Center, CDA, managed by Víctor Fuly, seeks to attract potential new users and convert them into loyal customers of its services in the Caucasian capital.

This is how Fuly made it known to the media, arguing that in the municipality of Popayán there is 85% evasion in carrying out said procedure, which is governed by Decree 019 of 2012 and resolutions 3500 of 2005 and 2200 of 2006 of the Ministries of Environment and Transportation.

“The CDA lowered the rates to the minimum value that the regulation allows and the idea is to maintain these values for the rest of the year. We want to come out with a strong and attractive market strategy for all Payanes, taking into account that in the capital of Cauca there is a high evasion of this procedure, which tells us that the market is open for this municipal company, which in this 2024 marks 31 years of work in the city,” stated the manager.

Fully added that other new features of his administration will be to offer clients financing for the procedure, through a credit system. There is also the project to construct a new service track for heavy vehicles. “This, to be in tune with the vehicles of the Strategic Public Passenger Transport System and to advance in schemes that are coming for the country in the future, such as electric and hybrid vehicles,” he concluded.
