Dammam: The Sri Lankan Festival has started at Lulu Hypermarkets in Saudi Arabia. The fair is organized with a huge collection of fruits, vegetables and grains from Sri Lanka. A special discount has also been introduced in connection with the festival.
Apart from fruits and vegetables, there is also a large selection of spices, grains and coconut products available. The fair was inaugurated by Sri Lankan Ambassador to Saudi Pakir Muhiuddin Hamza at Malas Lulu in Riyadh. Lulu Saudi Director, Sheheem Muhammad and other management representatives attended the event. Sri Lankan Bhakshya Mela is also organized as part of the fair.
