The world’s largest airport is coming to Riyadh

Riyadh – With an area of ​​57 square kilometers, the world’s largest airport is being built in Riyadh. Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman released the master plan of King Salman International Airport. The airport, which will be built at a cost of 2700 crore Riyals (Rs 587 lakh crore), will have 6 parallel runways.

With the new airport becoming a reality, the number of passengers arriving in Saudi Arabia will increase from 2.9 crore annually to 12 crore by 2030. The existing airport will be limited to cargo only. The new airport will provide direct employment to 1.03 lakh people.
