Malappuram: The finals of the 75th Santosh Trophy Football Championship are being played today. The final will be played at Manjeri Payyanad Stadium from 8 pm on Monday. Kerala is not expecting tens of thousands to cheer on their own ground in the recent Santosh Trophy. That is why Kerala coach Bino George describes the match as a life and death struggle. He also assured that the spectators who came to watch the Ramadan fasting note would be rewarded with victory.

Kerala, playing in the 15th final, is aiming for a sixth title. Bengal, on the other hand, are aiming for their 33rd title. When the last two teams met in the final, Kerala won. That too in Kolkata. Bengal are preparing to make amends for their home defeat.

Ticket takers must enter the stadium at 4 p.m. Ticket holders must enter the stadium before 7.30 am and arrive at the seat. The gates of the stadium will be closed after 7.30 pm.

The offline counter tickets for the final will go on sale at 4 pm to manage the rush. Offline ticket counter will be active near the stadium as usual. Tickets are mandatory for anyone over the age of 6 who comes to see the final.
